I say, "Cognac brown/copper underslip. Black lace bodice. Solid black skirt with box pleat at waistline. Hidden back zipper. 4" slit -back center.

Um, so I bought this dress for a holiday party a season or two ago and never wore it, hence the tag still being attached.

Fits true to Merona Collection sizing.  I'm a pretty solid 6, but can wear a 4 in this collection.  Plus, the dress is not form fitting on the bottom thanks to the pleated waist styling.
